This is a complete upper receiver group with a 20", 1:7" barrel. Brand is Palmetto State Armory. Comes with complete bolt carrier group and charging handle. Great for an M16A4-style build, or put a free-float handguard on it and build a DMR. Less than 100 rounds through it.
