    I have a new,never fired or installed upper for sale, its a double star upper with a PSA barrel, it has a 16 inch barrel with a pistol length gas system. Has a free float hand guard and a low profile STEEL gas block, with a Milspec charging handle.It does NOT have a bolt carrier group.Just install on any Milspec lower and off you go.Barrel is a Hbar with a 1 in 8 twist.The price includes shipping.
