      where are you located? can they be blocked internally to accept 10 rounds only and be civilian legal?

              Most private owned ffls can block mags at about $6-10 per mag, i had a place here do 6 mags, 3 for a smith 915 and a smith m&p40.

              If you would be open to shipping, ill buy them both i have an FFL here that can plug them.
