          definatly not illegal in california, the .50 BMG is illegal in california thus any .50 caliber that is not BMG is perfectly legal in california, this includes .50 DTC 50 beauwolf, etc

            It isn't a 50BMG upper. And even if it were, this is just an upper receiver, not a firearm, and would be legal to sell.

              if i had the money bro, i would be all over it. im only 23 and in college but i would love to see what it would do to someone who was breaking and entering a home. . . . i would keep that attatched to my lower for home protection at all times.
