I'm selling this custom complete upper, modeled after the "Jack" carbine made famous by BCM and Haley Strategic. This is the closest thing you will find without actually buying the rifle.(and selling a kidney to pay for it). Only fired to test function. This upper is ready to complete your dream tactical rifle.
