I have a Pacnor Service rifle barrel that I purchased new and have found that the Noveske Barrels I have fit my needs perfictly. I purchased all parts NEW and have seen one range day(100 rounds BH 77gr BTHP). The barrel is a 20" Nation Match 1-7tw. Handgaurds are JP free Float 12". Upper is a A3 mega. I will have the upper finished with your choice of Low profile gasblock or Standered front sight.
