Vortex Crossfire II Scope on Gearhog for $120. Looks like a decent scope for 22 plinking or a low cost rifle, I doubt it would hold up to a lifetime of abuse like some of their higher end scopes. It might be one of their lowest cost scopes, but Vortex has one of the best customer service departments if you ever have problems with their products.

You'd be surprised at how rugged the Crossfire series are. I'm running a 3-9x50 and it's held up great for a few seasons now.
Lifetime warranty if anything happens too...this for a 22LR would be a huge upgrade and I know it definitely can handle any NATO caliber rifles, even bet it could handle the exotic larger calibers as well.

You can choose from the rimfire version or the standard. The standard is good for use on just about any rifle (according to Vortex). This is tempting me...Comment

It's hard to beat this scope for any cheap rimfire rifle.
