If you are looking for a good storage box for emergency situations, I've read the the Stanley Mobile Job Box is a good, affordable choice. An author of a prepper blog I was reading quite a while back recommended this box because the wheels and the pull out handle make it easy to move the box around and throw in the back of a vehicle. It comes with two locks and keys and seems to have places to add your own locks too if needed. Best part is that it serves as good work table too.
Amazon has it on sale for $58. The regular posted price is $68, but when you add it to cart, it adds a special $10 promotion. After free shipping and tax, it comes out to about $64.00.
