I can't imagine there being a shortage of Mosins.

I was just thinking about this article I read a while back on Russia's WTO acceptance opening the floodgates to more of their weapons, especially Mosins (which happens to be one of my favorite rifles I own):

Last December Russian finally obtained WTO membership.A reader of TFB explains how this could open the floodgate for Russian arms imports into the USA …First a short backgrounder on why some russian guns and ammo are sold in the US and others are not.Back in 1998 the US and Russia signed a Voluntary Restraint Agreement which said only certain firearms and ammunitions could be imported for commercial purposes.

Picked up one. Was also lucky enough to score a M44 before those were all sold out. Thanks for the heads up.
