The PDF is for the rebate which is for military.
The special pricing is separate from the rebate. So it looks like you may be eligible for the rebate but not for the military/LE pricing.

Cop shops like Adamson Police Products in Hayward and Proforce in Brea are S&W LE dealers with the reduced pricing.

If thats so then that sucks, I already have a M&P for about 5 years now, but for 400$ another one would be a great backup but if they are discriminating to certain military I guess some of us cant support them.

Its a shame just like the HSC, years ago Honorably discharged were exempt and the next minute they are not.
