*Note that there is a minor discrepancy which I'll explain below*
Target Sport USA has the 100 round value packs of Federal American Eagle 9mm 115gr. Price on the website is $21.90/box with a $4/box rebate (limit 10) = $17.90. Shipping is free as long as you buy a case (1000). And if memory serves Target Sport does not charge tax. So you're at $.18/round OTD.
It also appears that you can use the rebate on other Federal ammo but I think your limit is 10 boxes total...don't quote me on that. If anyone reads this differently or gets additional information, please let us know.
Discrepancy: Note that the email I received lists the final rebated price as $17.80 (not .90). But the original sale price on the website is $21.90. So the final price is either $17.90 or $17.80 depending on where their error is. Ten cents isn't any big deal but I thought I would mention it in case you see something change.
