For anyone that's looking to stock up or add to their medical kits, this guy is selling SOF Tourniquets for $10 each plus shipping. Shipping to San Diego was $6.45 for 2, and he gets them shipped out super fast (I got my first order in 2 days). Dates marked on mine were from 2011 and 2013, but they're sealed in their packages and good to go.
