It is only worthwhile if you are the first 20-50 guys in line and get to the seconds and returned item tables before the rest of the hordes arrive. Everything else is marked UP.

I hope that others learn from my frickin mistake. Went ahead and bought a knife that was marked at 35% discount from list price and felt happy about it.

Turns out I could've bought the same knife for 15 bucks less on Amazon! FTMFL!

Save yourself a wasted weekend and just order stuff online. Unless you have no life and can come at 6 AM to be among the first 50 or so guys. Mind you there are some guys who camp outside overnight.

From the type of folks I saw, Cold Steel has a cult following, but I was not impressed by them marking their prices up from what anyone can buy online and still calling it a sale.

P.S. Yes some of the stuff that is returned and seconds can be had for much cheaper than online but not worth the wasted time in my opinion, unless you are buying a lot of knives to unload on eBay afterwards.

That's what I noticed my self to that your able to get new knives cheaper on Amazon and online then what you get at the parking lot sale that's why I stopped going

And there's ppl happy to pay those prices cause they think there savings money
