Fiocchi 9mm FMJ brass case $0.22/rd delivered OOS

I have stopped buying FM after I had this little incident:


With factory ammo prices almost back to 2012 levels in many calibers, the reman stuff just isn't very appealing to me any more.

Too bad about the Fiocchi stuff being OOS, but I actually prefer 124gr bullets anyway. I have shot the Aguila stuff for years with excellent results. Yes, it is a little "dirty", and their powder gives off a pretty "distinct" odor when shooting, but it goes bang every time and provides consistent accuracy.

I just grabbed a case last night from Target Sports for $230 shipped - Only $10 more than the OP's original find. Right now they are showing 22 cases in stock:

Was not trying to start yet another horse beating debate on FM ammo. Some are unaware of it or don't care as there as many (if not more) with no issues as those reporting issues and just want plinking ammo so I offer up another equal priced option given this item is OOS.

And this is a factory, that produces reman and new, so their new IS.. wait for it... "factory new". Never figured how why/how some think if a machine & factory can produce reman or be set to make new, since it runs reman the new is somehow NOT factory new???

As for groupies... it is far funnier to see how many people liked and loved FM when it was some of the only ammo they could get, and now that there are other frequently available choices, some have become haters. In fact, there are more bandwagon haters of FM than there are FM groupies. That is, until the next ammo shortage and then suddenly those haters will be clambering to get ammo again and suddenly FM will be "acceptable".
