Not to derail thread but isnt a 300 stripped upper the same as a 5.56? Same with bcg? Am i missing something?

The $69 uppers aren't complete....at least my understanding of a complete upper is assembled and ready to attach to a lower. The$69 don't have bcg, ch, barrels, gas blocks etc
