This is one of those special kinds of coffee. The kind for when you're ready to stray from the dark side. It's farmed and processed Costa Rican Tarrazu region. Using the honey process, the fermentation creates a coffee that is smooth, creamy, and with a slight hint of orange and chocolate.
As we get better at roasting, we're trying more and more coffees that most people haven't tried. This is one that will get you into new territory and will make you sound all fancy when you're explaining it to your friends and family!
But seriously, it's damn good.
