I've did some custom plates this past weekend and did a couple more of these 17.25" tall x 18" wide x 3/8" thick ar400 plates. I have several posts here showing the durability of AR400 steel plates. Both for pistol and centerfire rifles.
These plates are best used for 300+ yards when using .308 or 6.5cm. For 223/556 @200+ yards. If you want to use these with pistol 9/40/45 , have fun but be at a safe distance (i've been using at 10 yards)
