Judge .410GA AOW at EBR Works!

These will transfer as CA legal NFA AOWs. They are single action exempt (SAE) compliant. They must be transferred by an FFL/SOT of which there are only a few in CA that will work with the public. We can help you find a dealer that will do it. Transfer times could be as much as 8-9 months, so be prepared to wait. It will be worth it!
The timeline is roughly like this:
Once purchased by you, the AOW will await transfer on a form 3 to your SOT dealer. This process takes about 30-90 days before it will ship and will vary depending upon ATF backlog.
Once at your dealer you will be able to start a form 4 for transfer to you or your trust. The stamp cost is $5 for an AOW. With the new ATF regulations in place after July, there is no longer any requirement for LEO approval of the transfer, only notification.
The form 4 process could take 4-8 months depending upon ATF backlog. When the form 4 is approved, the gun will DROS to you as SAE exempt with the required 10 day wait. Each SOT will have different fees for this process.
