URSA NorCal – Sunday, April 19, 2026, URSA 3000 Yard Challenge (2026)
Location – Clear Lake area (same as prior, coordinates 39°14'21.0"N 122°50'50.0"W)
This is the weekend for our annual URSA 3000 Challenge. Only shooters that have already qualified, or qualify on the day before (Saturday the 18th) will be shooting. Please see the announcement (from last October) at https://unlimitedrange.org/ursa-news-continuation/ Note that if no one registers for that final qual opportunity, there will be nothing on Saturday, no practice, nothing.
If you want to shoot the Saturday qual, you MUST register by 6 PM, Pacific, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Sign up ONLINE (see below) – note the event date as April 18, not 19. If you qual on Saturday, we will have you sign and date that form again on Sunday. There will be NO onsite registrations. Registration is required for all shooters, spotters, and anyone that will be on or in the general proximity of the shooting line. NO exceptions! Shooters that are already qualified, and their spotters, must also register, same timing deadline (the form is used for liability purposes and is date-specific). Complete the build sheet from scratch – event results will not post without day-of-event-current info.
Sign-Ups: URSA uses the online program, Zoho Forms, to capture shooter Liability Releases and Build Sheet data, and spotter/other Liability Releases. Liability Releases are signed and dated at the event – we bring copies of the submitted forms, you sign and date them at the event. Please use the appropriate link on the home page (https://www.unlimitedrange.org). If you have any problem with the online form, please e-mail me ASAP (webmaster@unlimitedrange.org). BTW, the form asks for limited “address” info (only city, state, and ZIP), we do NOT need your street address.
