    Fourteen left!

If you haven't already seen this, you may want to grab one, the flat, a barrel and rivets as a package. They were $300 not long ago, but it looks like Curtis lightened up on the price.

    Snagged TWO, rest are yours.
Anyway...here's a dearth of reasoning to ponder: http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Guns

Still too rich for my taste, but looking forward to seeing you completed build!

One will be built for certain, but debating on doing a barrel pop and flip or keep for layaway for the second.

Hard to find anything under $300 for 7.62 ATM.

I have been fighting buying one of these kits from Apex for the last few weeks.
This is cheaper and the best part is that Curtis's shipping is cheaper since I can also order a flat, rivets and barrel all at the same time as I would have been ordering all of that stuff from Curtis anyways...

The only downside is it's not a number matching kit, but it's all Yugo parts anyway. Two kits with flats, rivets, center support and shipping is $662 for me.

I would have bought another if I had the cash.

Gonna be tough finding people to help build them though. I might poke around my northwest forums and see if the atf has been as busy up there.

It won't be tough for me.
I have everything to build them myself in my shop...

Numbers matching really don't mean anything on these as we don't have the original barrels installed in the original trunion.
The numbering on parts kits was usually done at the time they were being demilled to make the kits more valuable for resale.
Original guns don't even have numbers on all the parts which is why those numbers are so fresh from laser engraving when you get a "numbers matching" kit.
The reason for numbering is so that the bolt stays with the trunion/barrel that it was headspaced to.
Since we have to fit a new barrel anyways, the headspace will be set properly at that time.
Hopefully, these kits don't have any numbers on them as that would make them more authentic.

Down to 9 now. Not too late to snag one before prices continue to go up.

BTW, I left the barrels out of my purchase due to my indecision between going chromed new, unchromed new, or taking a chance on a secondhand forged.

Does anyone even have new forged anywhere by chance?

I'm going with a green Mountain on my current yugo build. Haven't shot it yet but seems very nice. Tempted to get one of these kits for later.....

Way too much money for a short range rifle though it would help if they thru in a bayonet to make it more versatile for CQB situations.
