Need AK help Central Cali

I have a 63 Romy AK that needs a new barrel installed/pressed in and I need to drill out and reinstall rivets for the trigger guard. I need to find someone in Central Cal that has a jig for drilling the barrel for the fsb, rsb/barrel and gas block pins and then drilling the gas port hole. Can anyone help me?
