I have a theory that with a little or no modifications a sw9f model (pre lawsuit change) upper will fit right on a poly80 frame.
Possibly even the newer sw9ve.
A glock 17 slide will fit and function on a sw9f frame, the sw slide will almost fit a glock lower, except the ejector is in the wrong place, but not so much that it couldn't be modified to work.
Has anyone tried using one of these uppers on a poly80 lower?
I'm hoping someone on here has both a sw9f or sw40f and the poly80 lower, seems likely because the same kind of person who would want to build a cheap glock using the poly80 might have purchased the fake sw glock too.
I'm tempted to buy one and try it, sw40f uppers can be found for around 100 bucks, I found a complete parts kit on gunbroker for 110. But I'm hesitant to lay out $$$ on a theory.
The old sigma, sw9f has the 4.5" barrel, same as glock , the ve has 4",and other changes.
