Judging by your screen name and post count I really hope you aren't one of these guys who acquires range brass on base and then tries to sell it or get it to a recycle joint. There are several people in the brig for doing what it appears you are attempting to do.
But, if you believe that the authorities don't participate on this board or have contacts all over so cal or you can either prove it's not .mil brass or you don't mind a big chicken dinner after a stay in the grey bar hotel then sell away.
