Spolar gold primer drop issue

Anyone else have spolar gold setup? I'm currently loading 12ga and I'm having an issue with the primers reliably dropping. Sometimes they won't drop at all, drops tipped or not evenly locating itself for the pickup. I tried to purposely replicated the issue but have failed to do it. I cycle from end to end and no short strokes. The primer shaft is clear of debris. It occurs intermittently. This issue is seriously slowing me down and I'd like to get it fixed.

I'm waiting on a call back from spolar.

I was wonder if this issue is common or maybe a potential fix one of you might have found.
