9mm seater question

just starting to reload 9mm on my new to me dillon 550b. using rcbs carbide die set. set has 2 seater plugs. 1 for round nose, and 1 labeled tmi. the bullets i'm using are extreme plated 115gr jhp. any advice on which of the 2 plugs i should use? the bullet is almost a round nose (flat on top). the tmi plug looks like it might be for swc design. thanx...Bill

The flat one. But just test it out and see what gives a more consistent oal.
