I have not shot Russian ammo through my American guns before. Until now I have only used it in my Saiga and Mosin. Today I tried 80 rounds of Tula 55 grain in my Bushmaster Hbar and 35 rounds of Tula 150 grain in my Tikka T3 lite. All ammo functioned perfectly. It shot to a different point of aim than my standard ammo by an inch or two but function was flawless. The Tikka shot 1.5-2moa with a less than perfect rest (it shoots sub moa with Win Ballistic tip). The Hbar usually shoots around moa but I didn't try for groups with it. I was hooting faster at larger targets and it was hitting everytime at 100-115 yrds.
