Once again I am impressed with RCBS customer care. About a week away I broke my bullet puller, mailed it on a Monday (no RMA) and the following Tuesday I had a new one in my mailbox!
The damaged one lasted over 10 years, I am not convinced the all plastic replacement will do was well. Time will tell.
