Yes I know it's been done before but I wasn't looking to spend the $50 for the already made one and I didn't like the handle on it either so here is my twist.
I work at a hardware store so I have lots of time to research and brainstorm and here is what I came up with, the handle is a modified paint roller frame handle made of hard maple. There is a 1/2" X 4" bolt running through it then a 3/8" ID chrome spacer that was drilled and taped for 1/2-13 then I filed some wrench flats on it and used it as a spacer, so I don't pinch my finger, and a lock nut.
