Win 760 & 30-06
Searched the forum. No joy.
Anyone mind sharing with me your load data for Win 760 & your 30-06 bolt rifle? I just got a new Win M70 Ultimate Shadow in 30-06 with a 24" barrel and am going to load up the following for deer and/or elk:
Bullet: Nosler Partition 165g
Primer: CCI LR Mag
Powder: Win 760, work up 4-levels: 53.0g, 53.5g, 54.0g, and 54.5g
Cases: Winchester
COAL: 3.310"
I'll chronograh each WU Level and go from there. I'd like to get that 165g Partition into the 2700+ FPS range.
If you use something similar please share, including velocity if you know it.
