Not too long ago I purchased my first progressve press, a dillon 650.
Yesterday, the weirdest thing happened. A large primer got stuck in the aluminum feed tube. I took the the primer assembly off the press and got the remaining primers out. I gently tried to see if I could unlodge it. Nope.
I called customer service this morning and I was unable to get the aluminim tube out of the priming system with vice grips. Since I couldn't get it out, they just an put entire priming sytstem in the mail to me.
Talk about great customer service! For the record, the press came with the large primer assembly set up by the factory, I haven't changed calibers on it yet. Loading 45 is too easy on it and I think I would just get another 650 to load 223.
