    Dillon owners with 50AE shellplates...

Hey, I read a thread over on the five seven forum, about a guy who flipped a 50AE shellplate upside down on his Dillon, and discovered that he could slip a standard single stage shellholder into each station of that plate. I'm interested in doing so, specifically so that I can develop an improvised semi-progressive load procedure for 5.7x28mm ammo.

The guy said he was doing it on a 550, and that the shellplate was "part #50 from the Dillon catalog" - however, there doesn't seem to be a Dillon SKU #50. I suspect that he bought a shellplate back when 50AE was offered as an "exotic" conversion.

At any rate, Dillon went and changed the recommended shellplate for 50AE recently, and that's what showed up when I ordered. It's not the end of the world, since I needed it to load 50AE anyway. But I'd still like to know what shellplate would hold individual shellholders in each station.

    My request:

If you have a 50AE shellplate for your Dillon, or heck, any decent sized shellplate... could you see if you can fit a standard single-stage shellholder into it? If so, what's the code stamped on that particular shellplate? If it makes any difference, the shellholder I want to fit is the RCBS #45.
