.410 shotgun realoading in San Diego

So I want to start reloading .410 again for my shotgun. I used to have a Lee Loader, and I cannot seem to find it since I moved a year ago.
I was hoping someone might have an inexpensive reloading set up for .410.
I would be interested in some nontoxic shot for upland game.
I have a place to get wads, primers, hulls etc, but I am open to getting some more.
I am in the San Diego area.
I have some .223 and 9mm brass to trade if anyone is interested .
I also have some surplus 7.72x54r ammo that I could part with.
    Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the heads up !
That’s a little out of my price range right now .
I could probably get something like that after the end of the year.

I got some stuff from ballisticproducts . I was really hoping to find a shot shell set up for les than $100. I wish Lee still made the classic Lee loader, or even a load all in .410.
I’m sure I can load them one at a time . Right now I need to track down some H110 powder.
I plan on reloading with bismuth or tungsten to get a jump on the nonlead bulk**** next year .

You could use Hodgdon "LilGun" powder. Works fine. I changed from the H110 no problem.

I ended up getting some h110.
I also found a hand loader for $60, but its a pain in the *** finishing the crimps on new hulls.
I am still looking around for a MEC Jr. The cam crimp thing on those works great.
Most of my money is going to a clean up event in December. Running a nonprofit, and trying to find time and money for myself is hard. Maybe I can find someone in San Diego that would let me come over and use theirs, or borrow their reloader for a couple days.
