Range brass: 357 with flattened primers

I picked up over 50 federal 357 magnum cases at the range today and noticed that all of the primers were flattened.

Should I be concerned with loading these cases?

I wouldn't. Federal primers are one of the softest cups, so they flatten quite easily. Just inspect for splits and away you go.

I had some brand new 357 brass that the primers pushed in very easily. They all flattened when shot with my standard load.

GTG, choot em. .357 is a notorious primer flattener. Even with factory fodder. Watch for loose primer pockets/split necks. Which usually only happens after repeated loadings.

I have primers that are flat, but with blisters on them. Scared me to death, then I realized it was just he way they look after coming out of my RRH...
