Found some cool Nazi ammo

Was walking in downtown Carlsbad and found this manly antique store called "Guy Stuff". Bought 10 rounds of this 8mm Steyr ammo with orignial packaging. It was $30 but it's pretty cool.

My Great-Grandmother lived during Nazi Germany and remembers when the allies came and liberated her town. However, she never told me that two of her brothers were conscripted. It's kind of cool to collect nazi stuff now.

I used to tell people, I have the only accent that is disliked on ALL continents.

There is a ton of really cool stuff to collect out there, just watch out for all the fake eBay crap..As a kid, we had all kinds of stuff passed around from family and friends...

I had one of those and about 30-40 rounds with the same headstamp along with 3 clips with the same swastika emblem on them. Shooting that thing was NOT fun. Sold it C&R some time ago.

And I think I can get a 4 digit Colt 45 ACP from WWII or something like that to shoot that ammo, but it will cost more than a drive... I was going to throw it on gunbroker for .01 and let it ride, but my friend did not think that people would appreciate it as much as he does (aka give him enough money).

Wife's great uncle a Texan married an English woman in Britain during WWII. She ended up having a british accent with a Texas drawl.
