    Galaxy Note 10.1 update question

    I got my wife a fitness band that she wanted for Christmas.
    The problem is that the app for it requires Android 4.3 and her tablet has 4.1.
    Google Play won't let me download it.
    I've tried KIES and it says it has the latest updates.
    What are my options?
    The tablet is a Note GT N8013, which is the Note 2012 I believe.
    It's more than capable to run the newer version...
