So...A proposed bill in Michigan has a broad reach that covers everything from adult AI content to manga and even depictions of transgender people. It includes a VPN ban to avoid workarounds.

Come and take it. There are too many ways to deploy a VPN to prevent detection. Software developers will just market better VPNs. This law as proposed is a direct violation of the First Amendment. There are plenty of cases that address it. The best they can do is require proof of age, after that they are SOL content wise..Comment
