But maybe it means its semi-ready for Prime TIme. Seems to be lots of Youtubes for 1.0. Maybe 1.0 means it can work with CAM?
I couldn't remember how to even get a Sketch started. Maybe I'll figure out which is best Youtube for beginners.

I was just watching a vid last night about Onshape vs Freecad. I use Fusion but Freecad actually looks fairly decent.

I'd pay $2500/yr if that included 25 hours worth of me being able to get live English speaking reasonably smart help where I'd upload the file that has me stumped and about 30 second screen recording of the problem and them doing what typically takes me an hour to fumble through in about 5 minutes with explanation.

freeCAD version 1.0 is much nicer to use than version 0.22. I just designed a power switch with a big red button using it. Kicad just released version 9 as well.

Autodesk support *can* be ok sometimes if you go the corporate Fusion route. I usually solve the problems myself though and have Autodesk asking me how I fixed it in which I kindly tell the to F off since I am paying them for support and not the other way around.

For most if these apps YouTube university is pretty valuable. Some of it is also on Skillshare if you pay for that.
