Well after a lengthy reading on numerous parts, I went to Microcenter with a build. They price matched everything they could and saved me $400.
    here is the build.

GTAV ? Run something newer and crank the settings and let that thing stretch its legs. Space Marine II is nice looking game and pretty fun too if you want something just released.

awesome you have it up and running. Enjoy.

Personally I think you should have gone with a better CPU like a 24 core Intel i9 and 128 GB ram. 3D renderers are real memory hogs and "buy once, cry once".
There is no week nor day nor hour, when tyranny may not enter upon this country, if the people lose their supreme confidence in themselves -- and lose their roughness and spirit of defiance -- Tyranny may always enter -- there is no charm, no bar against it -- the only bar against it is a large resolute breed of men.

Some of these 3D applications aren't multithreaded. Blender is but others are not. Autodesk software is notorious for wanting high speed and not using more than a couple cores. Agree on the RAM. All our workstations are 128gig minimum with 256 being our new standard but then we run a handfull of apps at one time so the extra ram and multiple cores helps with that.
