smart phone and gps rocket/dog tracking

Does anyone know of an app that will allow an android phone to link with a usb gps tracker and display both the phones location and the trackers location. I normally use my laptop for this but with the built in maps/gps of the smart phone the ability to walk straight to our rockets is using the phone and the remote gps tracker would be nice.
