Better text to speech programs

I am using windows seven program right now. Since to be OK. Is there one better out there that is also free. Asking for Those who have used this program. I can search and install and try that would hate to uninstall and junk up my system. Just trying to avoid having to image and image back to get created off that programs especially if free.
