I have a Raven scanner pro, 15 months old. 2 days ago I scanned some documents to be emailed. The first 2 emails went out, but the last 6 are still "in progress". I can not find anything in the manual related to this, nothing online and Raven Tech support is gone-it seems they went out of business.
Does anyone know how to cancel these last 6 emails? Or how to do a factory reset, hoping that would erase these emails. I tried to turn off/reboot. Unplugged power, nothing worked. The machine is just frozen in place right now and can not use.
