Tacital walls, in wall gun storage

Checked out those videos and yeah, pretty discrete system I must say. Definitely more in the "executive" direction than say, The Stack-on or Homak branded in-wall units that run 100-200$$.
I'm sure for the full length unit some accessories are also sold for proper outfitting of the system, but still wouldn't fit everything I'm cramming in my safe. It's a mess in there. -
Empty, thank you for your post. I am surprised 365 people looked and only one comment. There are always threads about hiding guns and such. If nothing else, I got great information and idea's on how to make my own. The vid the guy was talking about one piece mirror frame has me thinking.I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.Comment

Yea, but I wonder how secure they are in there.. the casings are just plastic..
I like the idea of it being hidden, but I don't need storage than be pried open with a screw driver.. especially since the guns in it would be condition one and ready to the go.

I like those a lot, but then what if the fob gets misplaced or something? Really cool idea. Actually you could imbed a magnet into a candle sitting on the mantle or something."If he won't walk, walk him...be nice"

I have two rooms back to back with deep closets. The closets are on the same wall only opposite ends of the wall. I was thinking about putting my safe in the closet and wall it in making the closet half as deep but still deep enough to hang clothes. The safe is walled in. In the other room, cut a hole out for the long mirror with sliding door to get into the hidden safe room.I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.Comment

Wish the same also. I might be missing something on this but I like the idea, more for hiding/concealing and not really for safe use correct?Yea, but I wonder how secure they are in there.. the casings are just plastic..

That's the thing with this one- it's wife approved. I've had to rig my stack on 8 gun box with drawer slides to slide behind/ side of a tall dresser so it wouldn't be seen. She likes the idea of keeping the firearms safe and concealed, just hates the box(s) I use.
This is the first one I've seen that incorporates a bit of craft and visual appeal.Comment

I think it's a cool idea, and great for concealment. I don't know if I would trust them to "secure" my weapons. I am curious how the key fob works... is it simply a magnet that pulls the metal latch open, or is something more sophisticated? I have a friend that builds custom cabinets, and I have gone over a few designs with him and a magnetic system seems to be the easiest way to open a hidden compartment like that.Comment
