I'm new to this forum and deployed overseas so getting on the internet is sometimes difficult. Some questions regarding ownership of firearms in the state looking for answers.
1) With all the new push for regulation in the state will it take time to push these draconian laws to take effect are we talking about a 1 year time frame to be enacted? Im hoping to buy my friends BR when Im on leave the 15th of FEB just worried I will not be able to get it signed over in time with the 10 day waiting period.
2) As for registration I know when you purchase a pistol it must be registered but what of a semi auto rifle if there is no registration how do they know who it belongs too? Just been saving cash here so need to spend on some toys.
