So an older friend of my dad's passed a couple of months back. He lived in Louisiana. His widow asked my dad to come over and take a look at some stuff she had found when he was down there last month. It turns out the guy had a few old guns and a suppressor.
Does anybody have a source for finding out vintage and value of old suppressors? Dad says it was old and rusty with a Patent date of May 1909. It says it looks like it's for a .32 caliber. He didn't take any pics
.
I know there are NFA tax stamp issues with suppressors. I'm wondering if the widow can transfer it to another licensed owner?
Any info would be useful.
