flying with ammo

If anyone else will go overseas in the future and will bring ammunition with them for matches, don't book any flights that will have you changing planes in any part of China, including Hong Kong. They will make it extremely difficult for you to bring ammo with you, with an implied threat your ammo will be confiscated if your documents aren't acceptable to the govt inspectors at the airport. I am very thankful I live in the US where we are governed by the rule of law.
