I'm looking to buy a taser for self defense and I realy like the X2 because it gives you a 2nd chance to fire, in case the first one misses. Problem is I noticed these are sold to LEO only. Is there a california law preventing me from buying this or is this just a company policy?
How can a civilian own an X2? Do you have to register taser purchases? ie do you have to DROS these? I thought tasers were cash and carry?
