They ruled the California ban on magazines over 10 rounds in capacity is constitutional and does not violate the 2nd Amendment.

Yeah, you should've listened to that other voice in your head that told you that drunk posting on CG is NOT a good idea.Les Baer 1911: Premier II w/1.5" Guarantee, Blued, No FCS, Combat Rear, F/O Front, Checkered MSH & SA Professional Double Diamond Grips

It wasn't so much meant as a malicious joke as letting out frustration upon hearing the news with sarcasm. I guess we all should have known it was coming but I was still holding out hope the "judges" on the En Banc panel would do the right thing. One of the dissenting judges made a very good video explaining the ruling on the official court's Youtube account: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DMC7Ntd4d4c
Anyway, I don't know how to delete the thread, I can't find the option anywhere.
But you can go to your first post, click Edit, then click "Go advanced".
From there you can edit your title, maybe just add "JOKE" after it so those who don't follow the 2A forum will know that 11+ mags are not legal yet.

I saw O/P's post last night before any replies, and merely chuckled.
As a CRPA/NRA member, and tracking 2nd Amendment concerns in CA in real-time, not to mention that they send you email updates as soon as news happens, I was already aware of the outcome and took no offense to his spoof.
No California gun owners should have had a 'gotch ya' moment with that.
What I have to wonder though... is why would the O/P's post be the first place or time any California gun-owner would be hearing of the outcome - how could one be duped - unless the affliction of apathy is now a full onset epidemic?
Should we get the CDC and WHO involved?
Is there a vaccine for that? - (As far as I know, it's called the 2nd Amendment, but you have to be proactive about its health and exercise it.)

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment

Well, op's penance will be to police up all reloadable brass from the nearest gun range and send it to the CG brass account. Address will be sent shortly.Comment

We get it, you guys are friends. The down side to the whole thread is the story is no longer the legal update. The focus now becomes the stunt. Lack of credibility seems to a common theme with both of you.

Join the CRPA/NRA - or something - won't you?

Freedom week no longer matters because the statute of limitations on filing charges based on the magazine capacity law is 3 years.
Any large capacity mag that's been in CA longer than 3 years is effectively grandfathered.Randall Rausch
