    Moving sale ???

Well, we are getting out of CA in the next 6-8 months. I'm going to be leaving some of my off roster guns here in CA. With the site still being hit or miss, what do you think is the best way to list them?
    Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

What comes to mind first is to talk to a couple of LGS and who gives the response you like to the questions you have in regards to consignment. You most likely have to do the transfer there anyway. Also keep in mind how many you can sell without getting in hot water.

CAguns.net (no "L") is worth a look. Not as active as CALGuns, but is up and stable. My last buy and sell were there, although I was looking and listing here as well. I've got a few more things I need to sell, and I'll list on both places.

LOL... Shows us on the doll where he hurt you?

Gunslingers has been around for over 20 years. They recently took over the Little johns store and auction company in Orange County.

I worked there as auction manager for years when we first started the auction. Sold tens of thousands of guns for many thousands of happy customers.

You can't please everyone, and obviously you're one of them.

So what is your beef? How were you wronged?

It's easy to call someone a Azz on line where you don't have to backup your words. So again how were you wronged?

            Poke'm with a stick!

I walked in to his first store in the same center as B&M Tackle. He was talking to another customer in the rudest way and just thought his stuff doesn't stink. I just quietly looked around and when he was done belittling the other guy he snapped at me about just taking up space in his store. I walked out and never went back in, and I never will.

I don't know if he was just having a bad day, but it doesn't matter. I won't do business with anyone who talks to people like he does.

The old gun store test. If you look at the owner and laugh, you passed. You get a VIP upgrade if you come up with a funny response. If you melt like a snowflake, you failed.

It’s getting harder to sell firearms in this state without getting raped.

Perhaps some of your friends or gun club acquaintances would be interested.

I haven't gotten my list together yet. I will have it ready in early December.

Lock stock & barrel in Simi Valley is great. They will auction your guns on GB. They are a 1st class outfit and they will come to you to pickup what you have. A few weeks later, you’ll get a check. I had good luck with them.
