Went to renew my FSC at a local LGS on Saturday. Took the test, passed with 100% correct. DL was scanned, data came up fine, but when it was submitted to DOJ, an error message appeared saying "Requested URL was rejected". The LGS clerk called DOJ for help, but the only thing the IT help for DOJ could figure out was it was some glitch and come back after 24 hours to see if it cleared. My wife took here FSC at the same time and hers went through without any issue. ?????
Came back today to run the DL again and same thing happened. DOJ was gone for the day, but the LGS clerk (a different one from Sat) tried entering the info manually, this time he entered all the data with lower case letters (the auto fill was all upper case) and that time it went through.
Has anyone had a similar experience like that?
