does your local SIG dealer ship to other states? help this writer out in DC...

she has had this column in which she is trying to buy a gun. she has written the about all the crap she had to go through (you though we had it bad?).
anyways, she has settled on a two tone sig stainless 229 in 9mm. but she cant any vendor that would sell one to her with a 10 round mags. even one of the highly regarded vender from sigforum.com, top gun supply wont deal with her.
so she twatted today asking anyone going to the SHOT show to ask the sig booth who would sell her the model she's looking for and with 10 rounders...
since DC is working on the same "gun safe" list as kalif, there must be a vendor in this state who would have this or can order/get it and then ship it out to her, without charging an arm and a leg...
